CAMPUS INTERVIEWS : CITI
Me: Hi Radha! Congratulations on getting placed in Citi as a full-time employee.
Radha: Thank you.
Me: How is your quarantine vacation going?
Radha: Getting to stay home!:)
Me: Yeah, so how was the whole interview process?
Radha: Due to the COVID situation, online interviews conducted. I had good internet speed so the interview process went very smoothly.
Me: Oh nice, What type of questions were you asked?
Radha: Aptitude test was easy and each question was timed. You cannot switch from one section to another.
It had 4 sections - Logical Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, Technical MCQs and the
programming section( in which the given pattern was to be printed in C or C++ or Java).
There were two rounds of Techno HR interviews(each round of 20 minutes).
In both, the rounds more focus was on the projects mentioned in the resume.
Questions were -
1.which technologies have you used
2.did you have any difference of opinion among the team members
3.given a project in a team how would you go about doing it.
4. How do you think Citi corp helps Citi bank.
5. Have you decided on any topic for your final year project.
Which library of Python will be useful for that project.
A lot of questions were asked about the Citi Bridge Training program
like how was your experience, what all things did you learn,
what things did you like and dislike about the program?
Me: Oh okay. How did you prepare for the interview?
Radha: For aptitude preparation, I used IndiaBIX and R.S.Agarwal
For improving coding skills HackerRank's Interview preparation kit, problem-solving, and data structure sections are good.
Me: Hmm. I will surely keep this in mind.
Any other suggestions or advice that you could give?
Radha: Be clear with all the technical concepts before the interview which will automatically make you more confident.
