Me: Hi Seema! What`s up? How is your lockdown vacation going?
Seema: It has been awesome.
Me: That's wonderful. Congratulations on getting placed into Siemens PLM.
Seema: Thanks
Me: How was the interview experience?
Seema: The experience was good.
Me: Oh okay, what type of questions were you asked?
Seema: Questions were based on internship project, database, OOP, concept, data structures, software lifecycle, networking, etc.
Me : Oh wow. That must have been difficult. What websites or books did you refer to?
Seema: For Coding practice I referred to GeeksforGeeks, Tutorialspoint, Hackerrank, Hackerearth, etc. Books given in college syllabus are also very useful.
Me: What advice would you like to give to your juniors?
Seema: Make sure you have understood the basic concept of any subject taught in your academics.
It will help you to learn new things based on basic knowledge.
Then do online courses so that you will be able to apply those learnings and get practical knowledge also.
Me: Yeah, so it is important to do online courses to be able to apply the knowledge. Thank you so much for this mini interview. It’ll help out a lot.
