CAMPUS INTERVIEWS : VERITAS
Me: Hi Nikita! How is the lockdown vacation going?
Nikita: Good:)
Me: That's great! Congratulations on getting into Veritas for your internship.
Nikita: Thank you.
Me: Could you tell us about the interview?
Nikita: The interview consisted of 3 rounds (Technical, Managerial, and HR).At first, they ask you to rate yourself on a scale of 0-10 in topics such as C, C++, Java, OS, OOPS, DBMS, etc.
Questions related to C, C++, OS, OOPS, DBMS were asked in the technical round.
I was asked about the X-86 toolchain, questions related to pointers, java, storage class.
In the Managerial round questions related to my project and internship were asked.
It also consisted of technical questions. The questions were mostly on pointers.
He asked questions related to my resume.
he approach of the coding questions was asked in the online test.
The HR round was more of a fun round. Puzzles were asked, my hobbies, about Veritas, what does Veritas do.
Me: Oh that must have been really hard. What other topics did the interviewers focus on?
Nikita: Pointers, Data Structure, OOPS, questions related to OS, DBMS, C, C++.

3)storage class
4)DBMS queries
5)Searching, sorting
6)Could give you a code

refer geeks for geeks just to see the type of questions asked. Don't prepare from that site.

3)Hackerrank is a good site for coding problems.

Me: Okay, What suggestions would you like to give to your juniors?
Nikita: Be honest. Have a thorough knowledge of your resume. Keep coding. Never give up.
